Rosebrook Business Park
Named for the system of cranberry bogs which still grace the site, which in turn were named for the nearby stream, Rosebrook Business Park is designed as a place where cutting-edge technology meets the serenity of a quaint wooded setting.
The Rosebrook plan fulfills the A.D. Makepeace Company's vision of a mixed-use development of office, retail, residential and hotel conference space. It is a development conceived with two distinct parcels, Rosebrook Business Park and Rosebrook Place, linked together by vehicular and pedestrian networks, including GATRA public transportation that serves the surrounding area.
Ideally located at the intersection of Routes I-495, I-195 and Route 28, the development provides a regional opportunity for businesses, tenants and their respective customers. It is a showcase project that exemplifies our stewardship of the land as we seek to integrate sustainable design practices with agricultural land management. The fusion of these two objectives, provides for smart growth and a green canvas on which to develop an aesthetically pleasing development in southeastern Massachusetts.
Phase One of the park, completed in 2011, is a 68m,000-square-foot building occupied primarily by Southcoast Hospital Group specialty medical programs. Southcoast is the region's premiere provider of medical services whose recent growth is fueled by its reputation for excellence.
Future plans for the site include two additional buildings of similar size and complimentary use.
