Projects in Permitting
The A.D. Makepeace Company is working with the towns of Wareham, Plymouth and Carver to develop innovative new zoning bylaws which permit development which meets local goals, preserves the character of the communities, permanently conserves large tracts of open space. Large-scale projects require approval of state environmental officials before they can proceed and, of course, require extensive local review as well.
