Getting Here

From the Cape or Points North

  • Take Route 25 (from Cape Cod) or Interstate 495 (from points north) to Interstate 195 West.
  • Take Interstate 195 West to Route 28.
  • At the top of the ramp turn left onto Route 28 South.
  • Continue on Route 28 South for about a mile.
  • Take the first left after the lights onto Tihonet Road
  • Follow Tihonet Road to the white-fenced bridge and the entrance to the A.D. Makepeace Company on the right.
  • Turn right and continue to the office at the top of the hill.

From the South Shore

  • From Route 3, take Route 44 to Route 495 South then follow the directions above.

From the West

  • Take I-195 East to Exit 21 in Wareham.
  • Turn right onto Route 28 South.
  • Continue on Route 28 South for about a mile.
  • Take the first left after the lights onto Tihonet Road
  • Follow Tihonet Road to the white-fenced bridge and the entrance to the A.D. Makepeace Company on the right.
  • Turn right and continue to the office at the top of the hill.
